Readjustment of Minimum Wages

The Government of Mozambique recently approved the readjustment of national minimum wages, with increases ranging from 49.41 MT to 1,162.29 MT, depending on the sector of activity, as shown in the table below:

Entry into force

The Ministerial Decrees approving the adjustment of minimum wages take effect retroactively from 1 July 2025.
