Cecil Gobo and Naby Jamal attend the 2nd International Arbitration Conference

JLA Advogados attended the 2nd International Arbitration Conference, represented by Associate Lawyer Cecil Gobo and Of Counsel Naby Jamal. The event took place in Maputo on 22 May, organised by the Internationalization Commission of Mozambique of the Commercial Arbitration Center (CIM-CAC), in partnership with the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

At the conference, which featured an address by the Minister of Economy and Finance, Basílio Muhate, it was concluded that by placing arbitration and mediation at the heart of economic justice reform, the Government of Mozambique is contributing to a more efficient, agile legal system aligned with private investment.
