As part of the celebration of JLA Advogados' 10th anniversary and within the framework of social solidarity activities, JLA Advogados' team, together with Abreu Advogados (partner office in Portugal), participated in a volunteering action promoted by Makobo Platform. 
 

The participants in this activity had to make a solidarity soup, which was served to the beneficiaries of this association. During the cooking process, members of Makobo presented the objectives of the soup, as well as the other initiatives developed by the institution. During the activity, a reflection on the social condition of Mozambique and the importance of social support platforms was also promoted.

 

This solidarity action has as direct beneficiaries the elderly and children, who daily seek support in this institution, which helps 30,000 people every month, ensuring that they have at least one meal a day.
