The shortlist for the 9th edition of the African Legal Awards has been published and JLA Advogados is once again nominated for the following categories:

 

• Banking & Finance Team of the Year - Small-Mid Practice

• Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team of the Year - Small Practice

 

In 2020 the Mozambican firm, a member of the Abreu Internacional network, was elected the best law firm of the year in the African market.

 

These awards, promoted by Law.com International in partnership with the Corporate Counsel Association of South Africa (CCASA) and Africa Legal, honour legal talent in Africa by rewarding law firms and lawyers in various practice areas.

 

The winners will be announced at a ceremony in Johannesburg on 2 September.
