As part of its 10th anniversary, JLA Advogados sponsors the 1st live edition of the Maputo Fado Festival 2022, which will take place between 15 and 18 June in various locations in the Mozambican capital.
 

This is the largest international Fado event, with editions in 17 major cities in Europe, Africa, Latin America and Asia. The Maputo edition has the High Patronage of the President of the Portuguese Republic and will have the concerts of the Fado singer Kátia Guerreiro, on 17th of June, at Cine-Teatro Scala, and on the following day, June 18, of the Fado singer Hélder Moutinho, at the Portuguese School of Mozambique.

Besides concerts, the Maputo Fado Festival will also have film sessions, conferences, exhibitions and workshops dedicated to Fado, its history and importance in Portuguese culture and language.
