Emanuel Nhanombe is an associate lawyer who has worked at JLA Advogados since 2017. He has particular expertise in legal advice in Litigation, Intellectual Property and Information Technology, Real Estate Law, Employment Law.
He has been involved with the intellectual property rights procedures, such as the registration of trademarks, patents, industrial designs, logos, among other rights, the continuous monitoring of these rights until they are granted, with a view to preventing the illegal use by other parties, without the permission of the holder of the right, as well as the continuous supervision the deadlines for renewal and declaration of use of these rights.
Also has been involved with the resolution of civil or labour disputes, with the performance of acts ranging from extrajudicial to judicial acts, include criminal cases, through the elaboration of criminal participations, and acting as a defense lawyer, as well as the Assistant representative.
He also has extensive experience in real estate, financial, industrial and information technology assistance.
