Edna Sacate, a lawyer at JLA Advogados, will be a speaker at an initiative organised by the Mozambican Bar Association (OAM) to present the Toolkit for International Commercial Arbitration in Lusophony.

 

This event, organised by the ICC YAAF - International Court of Arbitration Young Arbitrators Forum, is promoted by the Mozambique Bar Association (OAM) and is supported by JLA.  

 

This session aims to encourage interest in international commercial arbitration on the part of young Portuguese-speaking lawyers, through the sharing of experiences by speakers on dispute resolution issues related to their respective jurisdictions.

 

The presentation of the Toolkit for International Commercial Arbitration in Lusophony will take place in person and remotely between 15:00 and 18:30 on 24 November 2023.
