Conference on the Arbitration Law in Mozambique
JLA Advogados, Abreu Advogados and Eduardo Mondlane University are organizing the conference "Reflections on the Arbitration, Conciliation and Mediation Law and its possible reform", in partnership with Escolar Editora and Abreu Advogados Knowledge Institute.
The event takes place on November 22, at 2:15 pm, at the University Campus of Eduardo Mondlane University, Maputo.
Participate in this conference and debate the topics "What to take into account when drafting the Arbitration Clause?" and "- Arbitration, Conciliation and Mediation Law in Mozambique - Is a reform necessary?", with the participation of lawyers from JLA Advogados and Abreu Advogados, as well as a panel of renowned experts on these issues.
The conference will also include the presentation of the book "Commented Arbitration, Conciliation and Mediation Law of Mozambique", by the Knowledge Institute.
